Welcome to the booking page for your Half Day Bird of Prey Experience.  The three hour sessions take place at 10am Tuesday to Sunday or 2pm on selected dates, at our wonderful Falconry Centre within Moss End Garden Village, Maidenhead Road, Bracknell, Berkshire.

Your session is a very hands-on experience, you are welcome to bring along your camera. Please note this session is not designed for anyone under the age of 16 years as either a participant or a spectator.

Please note we have moved site. Your voucher may say Ladds Garden Village DO NOT TRAVEL HERE ! Our new site address is Moss End Garden Village, Maidenhead Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG42 6EJ, all sessions are now taking place at our new location. 

All vouchers outstanding from COVID and our move will be honoured even if the expiry date as already passed, we are just so excited to get back out in the field flying with you all again!!

Booking your Half Day Bird of Prey Experience

Please view the dates available below on the calendar. The calendar indicates the number of spaces available for each session, with a maximum of 6 people participating.

Your gift voucher may be for either 1 or 2 participating persons, this will be clearly marked on the voucher number and cover letter. If your voucher number ends with a 1, this is for 1 person, a 2 and it’s for 2 people, e.g.  4567HDS1 or 2345HD2.  Please ensure there is an adequate number of spaces available for your chosen date.

Spectators – if your voucher number includes an ‘S’ ie 1234HDS1 then a spectator is already included in the session however if not then you are welcome to bring just 1 spectator per voucher and these are at a cost of £20.

Please note you are asked for two dates, it is our policy to fill a session before starting a new date therefore you may be offered your second date so please make sure you are able to attend both dates.

PLEASE NOTE HALF DAY SESSIONS WILL NOT RUN WITH JUST 1 PERSON ON THE DATE SLOT, THEY WILL HOWEVER RUN WITH A 2 PERSON VOUCHER.

Blank calendar squares are not available for bookings. There must be something in the box ie the words “2 spaces”.

Simply fill in the details below and submit. We will then confirm via email your date, and information for the day. Slots can only be booked via the form below and it is our aim to reply to each within 48 hour. Please do not telephone to book slots as we do not keep our phone with us during the day whilst we are with customers. Slots are allocated on a first come first serve basis.

1. Have you selected a date that is available? Blank spaces on the calendar are NOT available

2. Have you selected a date with the correct number of spaces free? If you have a 2 person voucher then please make sure there is 2 or more spaces free.

3. Have you put the voucher code incorrectly? Incorrect entries may cause delay and you may miss your requested date.

FAQ

How many people per session? A maximum of 6 people per group plus 1 spectator per voucher

How do I book a date? Simply view the calendar and select a date with spaces available then fill in the form or email info@feathersandfur.co.uk if you require assistance

Can you bring a camera? Yes, our birds are very photogenic, however, this is not a photography session.

Is the session weather dependant? Yes the session will not go ahead if it is raining, Feathers and Fur recommends calling before you leave the house to check if the session is going ahead. You will receive a phone call in the morning of your session by 8.30am if the session is to be cancelled if you have supplied a phone number. Rearranged sessions must be taken within the voucher validity period.

Can I bring a spectator? If you hold a 1 adult and 1 spectator voucher then no one else is able to attend however if you have a 1 adult or 2 adult only voucher then you are able to bring 1 spectator per voucher for an additional £20 this can be paid for on the day in cash, please note the minimum age for spectators is 16 years.

I have left it till the last minute to book a date and there are no suitable dates for me, can I extend my voucher validity? As per the terms and conditions on the cover letter you have received you have a months extension if required, if you need longer then there is a charge of 50% of the current cost of the vouchers.
