If you want to see for your self what people have been reviewing please do pop in to our award winning centre. Feathers and Fur Falconry Centre is open to the general public and is home to a beautiful collection of Hawks, Owls and Falcons. With lots of educational information about Birds of Prey the centre is a brilliant place to visit for all ages. Based within Moss End Garden Village, the centre has plenty of parking, a gift shop and cafe’s on site along with lots of other fabulous shops to visit.

We are open, Tuesday - Saturdays 10am - 5pm and Sundays 10am - 4pm and Bank Holiday Mondays.
Entrance costs are :
Adults - £4
Children - £2
Concessions - £3

No need to book to come and look around and your ticket allows for all day entrance meaning you can head off to visit other places at moss end and then pop back to see your favourite bird.

16years!!! So this year we haven’t posted many birthdays but this chap is special, he has been with Feathers and Fur Falconry almost from the very beginning. Ash our handsome Tawny Owl is the kindest of souls and a true gentleman. He has visited so many schools, care homes and been part of almost every owl handling session. We love you dearly, and hope you enjoyed your mouse dinner !!!! @tawnyowl

Come and fall in love with the magic and wonder of owls. Our Owl handling session allows you to witness up close the absolute perfection that is owls. How they have each uniquely adapted, how they hunt, what their personalities are and if owls truly are as wise as we believe. With prices from just £45 this is magic not to be missed.

As well as owls Feathers and Fur Falconry offers a range of bird of prey and owl sessions which are relaxed and hands on with lots of chances to take photos and ask questions. All our hands on sessions are available as vouchers via our website or in person in our gift shop.

We are looking to replace lots of the natural bran

We are looking to replace lots of the natural branches in the birds aviaries. We are looking for branches with rough bark (smooth bark is bad for birds feet) such as oak or elder. It needs to be fairly fresh rather than rotting. I can fit about 5ft in the van but can cut longer bits down.

If you are a tree surgeon it’s usually stuff that would end up in the chipper so please shout and we can come to site to collect.
